- Product Philosophy：We craft this product to luxury standards, where every detail is designed to amaze you! Each single bag requires the collaboration of 2 craftsmen for 6-8 hours and involves more than 50 production processes. The error in stitching force is ≤ 0.5g, and the penetration depth of edge paint is 0.3mm. It is this "millimeter-level dedication" that makes this bag irreproducible.
- Leather Material：It adopts Italian Togo cowhide, paired with exclusive embossing technology. This leather boasts high hardness and strong scratch resistance; its texture is fine, sharp and clear, easy to clean, and maintains a stiff and neat shape.
- Hardware Craftsmanship：All the hardware are made of 316L stainless steel as the base material, which is formed through multiple precision die-casting processes. Its surface is plated with palladium (palladium features high hardness and corrosion resistance), and then manually polished to achieve a mirror-like finish. The plating layer has undergone a 300-hour salt spray test to ensure no oxidation or discoloration during long-term carry.
- Craftsmanship Standards：Seven layers of beeswax edge paint are applied, polished and baked repeatedly. After each layer of edge paint is applied, it is left to air-dry, polished with fine sandpaper. The thickness of the edge paint is ≤ 0.1mm,. A high-temperature soldering iron is used for color fixing (with temperature control accuracy of ±2℃), enabling the edge paint to integrate with the leather, ensuring the product is cold-resistant and crack-resistant.
- Hand Stitching：The Double Saddle Stitch technique is adopted. Even if there is partial thread breakage, the overall structure remains firm and intact. Before stitching, the linen thread is coated with beeswax to enhance its wear resistance, the hand-operated edge pressing and grooving process, ensuring the product is resistant to cracking after long-term use.
